## What is Fire Emblem Shadows?

■ A War Between Order and Instinct
Discover the continent of Ardeal, a land of beasts. Here, disciples dedicated to the goddess of light defend order, while those sworn to the goddess of shadows prize instinct. Safety for those caught their struggle is fleeting, and open war is ever on the horizon.

"What is your wish?"

The goddess of shadows can grant any wish, but her price is servitude. To become her disciple is to become a monstrous beast, bound to obey her every command.

■ Light and Shadow
Each character has two forms. Often, they appear as human. But when they submit to the shadow, the power of their bestial self comes forth.

"Which will you choose, the light or the shadow?"

■ Deduction and Intrigue
A traitorous shadow has infiltrated the ranks. Now, no one can be trusted and everyone is a suspect.

Experience two sides to each story: see through the eyes of those serving the light, and venture with those sworn to the shadow. Only together can the full story be told.

■ Rich Support Conversations
Unlock support conversations—personal moments between characters who appear in the story—providing a glimpse into their lives.

■ Intuitive Battle System
During battle, characters move on their own. Simply drag and drop to target and use your many skills.

Wield an arsenal of skills including attacks, recovery spells, buffs, debuffs, and movement abilities. Keep a sharp eye on the battle and cast wisely!

■ Observe and Discover
Each battle has two phases: the Sun Room and the Moon Room.

In the Sun Room, three players work together to drive back the monsters. But beware! One of you is secretly a traitor.

Did an ally act strangely? Whose spells hindered more than helped? Watch closely to spot the traitor.

■ A Climactic Head-to-Head Battle
In the Moon Room, the traitor takes on their beast form for a final head-to-head battle against their former allies.

Identifying the traitor beforehand grants added strength. But the disciple of shadow is very powerful, and if they win, their victory will be final. Successful deduction or deception swings the tide of battle!

■ Test Your Mettle
Take on a unique battle system! Enjoy introductory battles against computer-controlled foes, easing you into the game and its mechanics.

Love the original stuff, this was different, played it for a day and didn’t like how it was and I’m a fan of FE games. Kinda of a let down

Yeah, I tried it, not really a fire emblem game at all, and characters seem pretty weird. I’d even prefer to play Sword of Convallaria or FE Heroes, for the fire emblem type gameplay. But, if you like this genre, go nuts, it’s probably a great game on that viewpoint. Personally, 3 stars.

Honestly it’s worse than fire emblem heroes (in my opinion). The stages are always the same, and there’s no special rounds. Also, why are the characters keminomimis for some reason? I get it that the game isnt a full year out of release yet. The story is kind of boring too…just a few dialogue and Thats it. How did this game get three books in less than a year, yet is takes a year for one book to fully happen in fe heroes? The only fun part is getting disciples (and no gacha). However, I will still play this game in case of better updates.

If you’re a Fire Emblem fan or just generally trying something new, I highly recommend this lite strategy game!! It’s very cute being able to organise units, collect favourite characters just by playing, and sorting out your arsenal! Music and art alone are worth the experience, along with the great story as well. The support conversations are a nice touch and it’s very sparing of your time, so only 5 minutes a day to get basically everything needed.

Light or shadows, it’s too easy. Out of the 25 games I played before giving up, I won every single one. I usually played shadows. Too easy to deceive people, just target one, then yourself, then the last enemy. But only if they take the game seriously. Most people just play roulette and keep changing their guess until the timer runs out, or sometimes they run VC and circumvent the spirit of the game. Doesn’t matter, the matchmaking is terrible enough that you can wipe both their health bars even if they do guess correctly. My main has a move that is an instant KO over a 2 by 2 area. Light is even easier to win.

It’s an auto-battler with very little player input. That wouldn’t be so bad if they advertised that upfront. Also, the game jumps right into the tutorial and basically locks you into watching the game play itself for 10 minutes with no title or option screen to turn volume down or change any settings. I find that kinda thing predatory. If you were looking for FE (or any TRPG experience) on mobile, this ain’t it.

Sad 2 on 1 and the fact counters still apply for the gameplay idea makes it very one sided match then there the cooldown skills self heals have to much power you got abuse the turn cycle 2 second mark to make feel logical at all and finally the characters went screw gacha let make them farm it with a lowest drop rate possible bazaar market way to dame expensive considering how much gold you make making them for use to buy battle pass with that wave to your face 2000 gold overall enjoy the game idea don’t think fits well with fire emblem design lol…
