## What is Fire Remote?

Turn your iPhone or iPad into an intuitive remote control for compatible TV streaming devices on your local network.

Connect your iPhone or iPad and the receiving device to the same private Wi-Fi network. Select a detected device, enter the four-digit PIN shown on your television, and start controlling it from your phone or tablet.

- D-pad navigation with Select, Back, Home, Menu, Settings, and press-and-hold repeat
- Swipe trackpad navigation with tap to select and directional hold repeat
- Play/pause, rewind, and fast-forward controls with hold-to-seek
- Voice remote with microphone input

- Installed-app list with search, refresh, and launch
- Secure Keychain storage for pairing credentials
- Certificate-change detection on reconnect
- Wake and automatic reconnect for supported devices
- Multiple languages, haptic feedback, and accessible controls

Some controls and the ad-free experience require Premium. Premium is available through auto-renewable weekly and yearly subscriptions. A free trial is provided only when displayed for the selected product and the Apple Account is eligible.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
