The FireTribe program designed to build high-level relationships between Utah's top leaders. FireTribe executives are assigned to an accountability team of six business leaders from six different Utah companies for mastermind deep dives. This process begins with a short intake session designed to help each member get crystal clear about their personal and professional development goals. These goals are housed in our powerful proprietary app which guides you in reviewing and realizing these goals as well as connects you to the group to follow-up between meetings. All of this culminates in monthly Ignite Trainings where members learn the principles and practices to make their dreams a reality.
