If you’re forced to make a log in why don’t you make someone just require when you download the app. Also this is easily one of the last apps in 2024 that doesn’t take Apple or Android Pay. It’s managed by Toast… get with the times fire wings.

I even got 2 emails welcoming me to Fire Wings (my city).  Then when I go to order, the App does not allow me to order from my city or the next closest city that has a Fire Wings.

There are four restaurants located around places that I frequent but for some reason I can only order from one of them through the app. And it’s the furthest away

-Need selection buttons for included dips. The only option now is to type it out in the ‘special instructions’ section. 
-Also, there’s nowhere to apply rewards redemption during checkout.

“Nice to have”:
-An indicator next to each flavor selection indicating “rub” or “sauce.”

The App is quick and provides details on items. However, it doesn’t allow you to pick the location. The App uses GPS location and assigns a location to you. In my case it picked a location that is further away then the one just down the street from me.

This app is great for placing a quick order. I think the bad reviews are just because not all locations are on here. Hopefully they add them. My local one was here. My food was ready when promised.
