The game essentially is about flying around as a fireball avoiding debris and setting off proximity mines. Yet, from such a simple premise they've made an incredibly addicting game with a plethora of modes and clever combo scoring systems! ### 5/5 — Super fun *2012-04-01, version 1.01* This game is incredibly fun with that just one more time element that makes these arcade type games amazing. This is, by far, my favorite. He really has a knack for taking specific gameplay elements from classic games and improving upon them. It really shows in here in Fireball. The comparison to Geometry Wars' Pacifism mode has to be made: -The virtual thumbstick control is much easier to use. -Visuals are on par. -Added mechanics like Super Nova and slow-mo mode really improve gameplay. ### 5/5 — Great game! *2012-03-16, version 1.01* Please add a countdown timer for when you unpause the game. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 4/5 — Fun arcade game *2012-05-08, version 1.03* Good graphics and sounds. Repetitive gameplay is not a bad thing. The gameplay is really fun and exciting, and designed for emergent gameplay that leads to really exciting skin of your teeth escapes. Instead of a shooter like the other radian games, in this game you lead enemies to their deaths by luring them into bombs and black holes. It's extremely satisfying. Lol they have some awesome ones on XBox live! Fireball was one of them and now I can play it anytime on the go. The controls are spectacular. U will definitely need to use slow motion to beat this game. I know it was just released and the developers are just trying to see how it sells, but I would love to see additional levels.
