(a) Bug fixed where using the 'share favorites' feature and restoring those recipes wiped out all existing recipes. The feature now correctly 'adds' the 'favorite' recipes from the 'favorites' backup link.

(a) New UI interface on home screen and consistent buttons on recipes list and recipe details screens. 
(b) New 'printer friendly' format of recipes that can be viewed on a web browser.

(a) The 'Eaters' field now properly shows double digits and is centered.
(b) The name of the recipes now stop before the 'favorite' indicator stars. 
(c) If some recipes are 'favorited', the rest of the list is sorted alphabetically.
