## What is FireCode AI?

FireCode AI is AI for the Fire Alarm Industry — this is the mobile side of the FireCode AI platform, your company runs on the web.

• Site Walks & Daily Logs — walk the job with the camera, narrate as you go, and get a polished, photo-organized report written for you. Send it to the PM in one tap.
• Field Markers — track install progress point by point (box set, wire run, trimmed, done) with phase updates, photos, and a full timeline for every marker.
• RFIs from the field — review plan-anchored RFIs with their snapshots, respond with photos, and route branded emails to the right people without leaving the job.
• Tasks, project logs, and your Company Wiki — everything the office set up, in your pocket.

THE AI ASSISTANT
Ask real fire-alarm questions and get real answers — NFPA 72, device specs, SLC addressing, panel capacities. It shows its thinking live, searches the web when it needs a spec, remembers your company's standards and AHJ quirks, and in Advanced mode reads your project's plan drawings directly. One conversation follows you between the office and the field.

FireCode AI is a B2B platform: your company's projects, plans, devices, and knowledge stay scoped to your team with role-based access. Sign in with the account your company provisioned — Face ID supported.

An active FireCode AI company account is required. Accounts and plans are managed by your company on firecodeai.com.

BUG FIX :

Field marker photos — rebuilt and reliable.

This update fixes photo capture on field markers from the ground up:

• A dedicated Take Photo button that opens the camera directly, plus a separate picker for adding photos from your library
• Photos are processed the moment you pick them, with visible progress before you save
• Uploads now retry automatically on weak jobsite signal
• If an upload still can't get through, the app tells you exactly what happened and keeps your photos attached — just hit Save again. Pictures never disappear silently anymore.
• Fixed a bug that could blank the screen and lose your photo right after taking a picture
• Faster, lighter photo handling throughout the app

Push notifications — get buzzed the moment it matters: @mentions, RFI handoffs, site-walk shares, and calendar reminders, with per-event control over who gets notified and when.

New: Calendar — every known date on the job (inspections, walks, deliveries, deadlines) in its own tab. Hard dates stay front and center, overdue items call themselves out, and you can flip between one project and every project at once.

A much smarter AI — the assistant streams answers live, shows its thinking, searches the web and your company's records, and can actually do things for you: save a task, post a log, respond to an RFI, put a date on the calendar. Ask for a catch-up and get a 30-second brief on any job — plus the AI Brain, your company's living memory.

AI Reports everywhere — one tap on any Field tab and the AI writes the PM-style rundown, including company-wide calendar briefs.

Field tools, leveled up — markers now track install phase and site conditions independently, with mounting types and new phases. Site walks pause, resume, and reconnect automatically. Link plans, wiki cards, markers, RFIs, walks, tasks, and dates to anything. Create tasks with status, priority, assignee, and due date.

Plus — wiki formatting, push-button RFIs, and a big pile of polish and stability work.
