It also does not run very smoothly and crashes regularly. Showing a message that I was logged out and must log back in is unnecessary and only delays getting to the information I need. Wow, that ages me. They have always had excellent service. I mostly use the online banking which is easy to use. Their loan rates are lower than anybody else’s and their savings rates are higher. You can’t beat that. In the 40 years I have been with them, I have never had even 1 issue. I highly recommend using Fire Fighters First Credit Union. They figured it out in one phone call. My whole family, including my parents have been members of this amazing Credit Union. Can’t say enough good things about the FFCU.
