Needs improvement. ### 2/5 — Why? *2024-08-06, version 5.1.2* Why are you always having issues? Always something wrong. So now i have your attention, your customer service person, vera, not helpful. My husband and i tried to get him into our account, to deposit a cheque. He is elderly, hard of hearing, and has no digital knowledge whats so ever, yet vera would not listen, nor let me help. Anyone would think we were scammers. When i contacted via help, she told me to ring the help line. We did this and guess who we got on the line? Vera! She was impossible to get past, yet the account is in joint names. She even hung up at one stage. If it wasnt so inconvenient to change, i would not be with this credit union. We have been members for over 40 yrs, to be treated like scammers, because we rang with a query needing help. I’ve tried turning WiFi off, turning phone off and on, deleted the app the reinstalled it multiple times. Then it says “We’re on the case and working as fast we can to resolve the issue. Thanks for your patience. Please try again shortly”. Well, I’m out of patience. You also have the tedious log in process unlike other banks who have a 4 code password once you’re set up. The technology is very old, unlike the bigger banks.
