Been using it to study for exams and now says I have invalid credentials, and making me buy it again. I’ve already purchased it once. When I go to the Code3apps page it still has my login, shows my progress through the chapters that I’ve made but when selecting My Purchase shows nothing found. ### 1/5 — Purchase went away *2022-02-15* I purchased the in app 11.99 access and it went away due to an error. Now I’m not able to access all the information I was yesterday. There is no way to take any chapter or comprehensive tests as there is a pop up that continually states “unexpected error occurred”. Please let us know if there any other problems. ### 1/5 — Not that helpful *2021-03-04* Used to have a great feature for making tested based on specific chapters which was great for studying but it was removed from the app so trying to review multiple chapters is near impossible unless you want to answer 500+ questions. Keeps popping up “update app to use” but the app is already up to date. Frustrating considering I need this study prep. ### 1/5 — In app purchase not received *2026-06-30* I’ve tried twice, paid $20 and got nothing. No help, not contact info, and purchase is “not eligible for refund.” I guess no matter how much spend, if they give you NOTHING then they refund nothing. Don’t waste your money. My content was unlocked for me, and then relocked again a couple weeks later. I’ll sometimes get 15-20 questions in and then it will glitch and take me back to like question 5. They responded in less than a day and fixed my issue immediately! I have used other apps and the old version of this app, and so far both a great!
