Personal details shared with team members without my knowledge. Meeting transcripts highly unreliable; if your work team relies on fireflies it will introduce all sorts of unexpected problems. Use Gemini notes instead, that’s where we are headed. ### 4/5 — No Tutorial *2026-08-03* I wish there was a good tutorial that came with the subscription, it’s really a shot in the dark knowing if it’s working correctly or not. I has great learning, it’s incredibly easy to use. The notes are pretty accurate, even with a preponderance of scientific and medical jargon. Honestly, my ONLY complaint with the app itself is that you are unable to edit conversations and notes. For that, you need to be on the online version on your computer. Thankfully, Fireflies AI was there to provide a transcript and voice recording with consent of the meeting. My attorney was able to initiate the Beatdown exposing the managers for the Frauds they are thanks to Fireflies. Do not go into ANY meeting without this tool.
