## What is Firefly for Students?

The Firefly for Students app is your place to go to see your timetable, read school announcements, check on your homework, and see your grades and feedback.

Simply log in using the code provided by your teacher to see your complete timetable and any homework your teachers have set you, along with feedback for any tasks that have been marked. You can add your own tasks and reminders, and link them to a specific class to create a personal to-do list.

Firefly for Students lets you:

### 2/5 — does it’s job, but barely

I’d like to start off by saying that the app isn’t COMPLETELY unusable, however, it really pushes it. Firstly, timetables constantly disappear and reappear. Secondly, tasks rarely seem to format properly and often end up being cut off and having tiny text. Thirdly, many features that are present on the website just simply don’t exist on the app. I could list more, but this review is getting long enough.

Good riddance to this awful app and site

When I started school as a young boy I was naive in nature and didn’t think that me skipping my maths homework would end my life. 

But firefly was an eye opener it showed me the way even more so than my father. It showed me life was worth living because I gained the discipline needed to work at McDonald’s. It punished me by saying tasks overdue in red and made realise the true consequences of not doing my homework. 

I now see the light it’s trying to help me become the best version of me, to continue on my fruitful path. 

One complaint I do have is firefly is not strict enough because there is no physical punishment. I would really rate this 5 stars if they added some physical punishment.

I have tried marking my task as done several times but it never works. I want to move away from the app because it is so pathetic. If an update doesn’t come out solving this issue, all people should delete this app and use Microsoft teams

So far I have had this app for half a hour it is still going through the endless loop of connecting to my school which  is frankly ridiculous 🤦🙄😫 luckily I know i have nothing due tomorow by using the much faster online app this is torture and i haven’t even got into the actual app yet 😩😫😖😣
