## What is FireflyForestTrail?

Firefly Forest is a mystic firefly catching game set in a glowing dark forest. Your lantern emits a colored light — tap the color chips at the bottom to switch between Gold, Green, and Blue, then tap or drag in the forest arena to move your lantern and catch fireflies of the matching color. Any firefly within your 42pt catch radius that matches your lantern color is caught automatically as you move.

Each of 50 Areas places up to 34 fireflies in the arena, bouncing off the edges. Catch the target number before the countdown runs out to clear the area. The first two areas use only Gold and Green lights; starting at Area 3, all three colors appear. Occasionally a rare golden firefly glows brighter — catching it with your Gold light awards 50 bonus points.

- Combo system: 2.5-second window, +5 points per extra consecutive same-color catch.
- Rare golden firefly: appears from Area 3 with 8% spawn rate, +50 bonus points.
- Progressive difficulty: firefly count scales from 12 to 34; time starts at 55s and decreases with area level (minimum 25s).
- 50 Areas unlock locally, sorted across 4 pages in the Areas screen.
- Offline single-player with no ads, no login, and no in-app purchases.
