## What is Fireground Analytics?

Fireground Analytics is a fire service performance and analytics platform designed to improve decision-making, accountability, and outcomes on the fireground. While structure fires have decreased over time, the risk to civilians and firefighters per incident remains high.

Fireground Analytics helps departments turn incident data into actionable insights to improve tactics, training, and overall performance. The platform analyzes real fireground operations, generates structured after-action (hotwash) reports, identifies operational gaps and trends, and tracks critical timelines and benchmarks.

Built specifically for the fire service, it provides a structured way to evaluate incidents including working fires, near misses, and maydays, supporting training, quality assurance, and officer development.

Departments retain full ownership of their data, and Fireground Analytics is designed to integrate with national fire service initiatives and is NERIS v1 compliant.

By combining incident data with structured analysis, Fireground Analytics helps improve decision-making, strengthen training, enhance accountability, and reduce risk to both firefighters and civilians.
