Sur la pedale , depuis la MAJ ### 3/5 — Urge una actualización por favor! *2023-09-16, version 1.3.7* 1.- Al estar conectado, el cambio de patches se vuelve muy lento. 2.- La app se conecta y empieza a cargar todo desde cero cuando uno minimiza la app, es decir, si vas a otra app y regresas, empieza a cargar desde cero, es un fastidio. No se por que descontinuaron este gran proyecto de la conectividad bluetooth. Line 6, urge tener hardware de calidad, piezas duraderas para el uso rudo, foot switch que no sean de juguete. Hagan productos de uso rudo y sus ventas se iran a los cielos. Les he sido fiel por años, ( 18 años) pero voy a cambiar de marca debido a sus productos de mala calidad en hardware. Cuando vuelvan a hacer las cosas bien, posiblemente regrese. ### 2/5 — App freezes *2021-05-06* I love the pedal board and the idea that you can use a app to control your effects, but for some reason the app just stays frozen and I can’t do anything with it. Но с таким количеством багов... Постоянно вылетаю ВТ соединение, приходится переподключаться где-то каждые 5-6 минут. При чем с удалением из списка соединения в телефоне и перезапуском ВТ. Жутко глючит, если запускать из этого же приложения музыку (просто виснет и всё). The support from line 6 is rubbish. The website is not great, all I want to do is message line 6 and Inform them of the issues, The text message won’t send and there is no email address. I hope they read these. ### 3/5 — App doesn’t always connect correctly to Firehawk *2020-03-18* Sometimes the app will connect to the Firehawk, but only allow me to play backing tracks and not also allow me to adjust the amp model settings or access the tuner. It seems like there is a Bluetooth connectivity problem either in their software or in the hardware that they implemented within the amp. I found that I can fix this issue by deleting the app off of the phone and then reloading it through the iTunes Store. It’s unfortunate that line 6 doesn’t have a fix for this issue. On a more positive note, I love the Firehawk amp when it’s working correctly. Backing tracks sound really nice through the amp and I can create any guitar tone that I want. ### 2/5 — Bluetooth繋がってるのにdevice not connected *2020-03-13, version 1.3.6* 前から繋がりは悪かったですがどうにもなりません。 アプリを再インストールしても直りません。 実機の方アップデートしても直りません。どうにかなりませんか…？ 音はいいのに… ### 3/5 — When it works, it’s great! *2020-03-06* I play guitar for my church and bought this to use on Sunday. Most of the time, it’s a great tool; however, a lot of the time it’s connected via Bluetooth but when I open the app, it says “no device connected.” I can still play music through it but I can’t change the presets on the banks to what I need. It’s incredibly frustrating. ### 2/5 — Does Line 6 not care about sutomer reviews or feedback? *2020-03-01* I’ve had my Firehawk for about 2 years, I’ve seen no updates or anything that fixes the crashing issue or disconnection issue with the app and pedal. I really wish Line 6 would be more on top of things when I came to this. We bought firehawk because of the app that was arrested as a remote to use with iPad. That was awesome until the crashing stated to happen. I waited and waited for an update...and nothing. I can’t even use the app. It crashes after 3 seconds every time it’s opened. I deleted and redo loaded and the same issue continues. Yes, everything is up to date on my iPad, and I’m beginning to think that the firehawk app isn’t. Come on Line 6, I would love to rate this app 5/5 but instead I can only give 2 stars. Please fix and your customers would be happy to know that you listened. ### 2/5 — Dysfonctionnement majeur sur IOS 13 *2020-01-05* Fonctionnait bien jusqu’au passage sous IOS 13. La section qui permet de configurer une guitare Variax est inutilisable. L’appli se plante. Je dois garder un autre iPad en iOS 12. Ça serait acceptable si Line6 travaillait sur le bug et nous tenait informé. Mais pas de son, pas d’image. Je laisse 2 étoiles parce que les autres options fonctionnent normalement. ### 3/5 — 繋がりが悪くアプリが落ちる場合… *2019-12-08, version 1.3.6* こちらの製品、アプリを何年も愛用させてもらっています。他のレビュー通りBluetoothの接続、アプリとの連携が不安定です。そういった場合は1度アプリをアンインストールし、インストールし直して見てください。私はその方法で解決しました。不具合が続いている方は試してみてください。 ### 3/5 — Thumbs down *2019-10-29* Have use this app for over a year now. Connectivity issues and ease of use are only a few of the set backs. If you Line6 still sell products heavily based around software and firmware, they NEED to update regularly! ### 2/5 — Buggy *2019-09-14, version 1.3.6* Crashes all the time, won’t let me log in, goes out of sync with the FHFX unit, and sometimes it finds no tones at all in the cloud. When it works it’s great, very friendly to use interface, but it’s so often not working that it’s a total nuisance. It’s a shame because being the only way to edit the pedal it renders it almost useless. We iPhone users can’t use Firehawk with the newest iOS. You guys must refund money to all the users If you stop updating. I used this for 3 years while playing 3-5 gigs a week and I am so happy I got this. Update? ### 5/5 — Amazing platform *2016-12-29, version 1.3.3* This wireless app is one of the reason why I bought the unit. The platform is very well done. The use of moving effects around is easy. The ability to adjust parameters is easy to see and appealing to the eye. The ability to choose effects, amps, and cabs is well designed. While some people have issues with the Bluetooth, I have never experienced this issue connecting usually in 7 seconds or less. In my opinion, this app is a great partner to the pedal and a must! ### 5/5 — Great app! *2016-09-23, version 1.3.3* I really like this remote app. Its easy to get good tones and really intuitive. You can fine tune with the controls to get exactly want you're looking for in your tone.
