You cannot use any coupons without ordering through the app, and it’s not accurate with what’s in stock in the restaurant. To stand in store, in front of an employee, and not be able to use the offers in this app is ridiculous. On most visits the app will say ‘gluten-free bread not available’, but then in person in the same store it is readily available(of course without coupon). It is as if the company does NOT read to the reviews and will NOT invest in improving the app. I cannot make a purchase on the app at all. The bar code does not show up. Travelling to the store is a waste of time as the store needs to scan the bar code in order to get the app offers. I’m unable to place orders through the app I’ve tried adding my Amex and it keeps saying payment error, I also tried the Apple Pay option and it still keeps giving errors. You guys need to do better and fix this.
