I have to just go in store to order. I know why because the food is so good but the app is absolutely flaming terrible!! Error messages abound! Despise this app. What good are the deals if app won’t permit one to apply the deals. I come in phone expecting to be able to place an order and to no avail; what a dud of an app. It doesn’t work correctly. Their support chat line will never connect you with a live person, instead they will send an email response to your chat line in 24-48 hours. When you build up enough points to earn anything, you still have to order something because they can’t accept a completely compensated item. Example - build up enough points to earn a free sandwich, you still are required to buy something (donating to fire stations doesn’t count) to be able to redeem the rewards you have built up to. Wild.
