I absolutely love this app! As a regular customer of Fireman Derek’s the app has made ordering my favorite treats so much easier and more convenient. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and visually appealing-with mouthwatering photos that make it hard to resist placing an order.
I especially appreciate the ability to schedule pickups, order delivery and even track my loyalty points.
The notifications for specials and seasonal items are a great touch—I've discovered new favorites that way! Highly recommended for anyone who loves delicious pastries and a smooth, hassle-free orgering experience!

After years of placing orders in-store  or online via their site, FD finally has an app! I’m impressed at how easy it was to place my first order on the app. The rewards dashboard gives a quick summary of points accumulated and how to redeem items at checkout. I appreciate that the notification text/email confirms the time of when & location of where  the order will be ready. Looking forward to placing more orders (and collecting rewards) at my favorite bakery!
