FireMate is the leading end-to-end software solution to increase operational efficiency, enhance business profitability and improve compliance for your fire protection business. The FireMate mobile App is part of our custom-built asset management software package, designed BY the fire industry FOR the fire industry. 
With the mobile App you can increase the accuracy and productivity of your techs by enabling them to manage your customers' assets effortlessly. Your techs can create new or edit site asset registers on the run, they can capture photos and record non-critical as well as critical defects, non-conformances, and recommendations.
The workload that has been created in the office will automatically download on your techs’ device. They can also access directions and site notes plus log their jobs without having to complete endless paperwork. And all the information synchronises with the office. It really is that simple!
WORKLOAD ACCESS
Enable your field staff to make best use of their time: Your techs can view their workload by location, due date, or a complete list. FireMate also contains multiple search options giving your technicians greater visibility over their workload.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Manage customers assets with ease, track critical information such as pressure tests dates, flow rates, last inspection date and all other required values. Record assets by scanning a barcode or QR-code, by asset number or work sequence.
PASSING AND FAILING ASSETS
Technicians can save photos at an asset, defect and rectification level, providing evidence and greater transparency for your client. Techs fail assets against the specific prompt and can use prebuilt common responses for ease of recording and consistent reporting.
COMPLIANCE
Your clients can sign off jobs on the tech’s mobile device, which then transfers to all compliance reports.
WORKING OFFLINE
Whether you’re in the basement pump room or the Outback, FireMate saves all your results until back in service and you can then upload photos and sync back to the office.

Crashes, navigation is a nightmare. Whoever programmed the app needs to look at going back to school. Chunky, faulty, inability to do anything without calling the office to fix it.
As a tradie, it prevents me from doing my work. Its gonna be a no from me dawg

From the App only side of things, it’s a great idea, I’ve heard the PC side is good. But theres so much missing. Firstly the User Interface is Windows 95 level, grey boxed and unresponsive. You can’t edit tech times for multiple jobs at the one location, if you forget to clock on you have to manually enter it for each job which takes 3 years. Adding parts takes longer than doing the job itself. The asset lists are a great idea good work with that, but far out if you fail 80 fittings you spend the next 2 hours failing them and giving reasoning because of the interface again!! You can’t combine SR and RA jobs together also, you have to login individually. Give options!!!
