### 2/5 — On iPhone does not work correctly

*2025-10-28, version 2.1.0*

Overall OK just - however the FAQ via the linked website does not work on iPhone IOS 26. The drop down for each FAQ does not open. Very poor as these FAQ contain important information for user of the Card. Works on iPad.

### 3/5 — Frustrating app, for great card

*2025-10-27*

I’ve used the Firenzecard twice before, and tried to purchase one online for my upcoming trip. Talk about a maddening process!!
Had to enter Name and Password six times before the app decided to let me register.
Then when I attempted to create a list of the sites I planned on visiting, it once again demanded I REGISTER and once again sign-in before I could “heart” a sight. For each site!!!
I’ve made a photo of my online card and plan on getting a physical card when in Florence. The web version does not inspire confidence🦯🤨

### 3/5 — Works when it works

*2025-09-05, version 2.1.0*

It worked well in terms of gaining access to attractions. I found the mobile coverage in Florence dodgy at times, so often when I opened the app it would say there was no card till I could find a signal again - I learned to make sure the card was showing before entering a building. Also, Restart would not restart for me - it kept saying I was using the wrong email address, even though I checked and re-entered it about 30 times. So, less value for money than planned.

### 2/5 — Incompleta

*2024-12-31, version 2.1.0*

### 5/5 — Great card for visiting Florence

*2023-07-15, version 1.8.5*

Really useful app, just find the museum name and click start visit. Great value if wanting to take in a lot of culture and history

### 4/5 — The app works great

*2023-07-04*

But general instructions on how the app works with timed reservations could be clearer. I still don’t understand how to make timed reservations for the uffizi or other locations. Also generally explain that if you have Firenze card you don’t have to wait in the general line for tickets but may have to go to bookshop or other desk for tickets. It’s confusing.

### 5/5 — Firenze Museum Card is great

*2023-06-07, version 1.8.5*

Great!

### 5/5 — Great app, works without internet

*2023-05-07, version 1.8.5*

Terrific. Super helpful and I love that it works without cell service or internet

### 4/5 — Indispensable

*2023-05-03*

Bonjour,

### 5/5 — Foreigners traveling to Florence

*2023-04-28*

Highly recommend this card. It is absolutely essential in making you trip as enjoyable as possible. The app lets you know where you are and gives specific recommendation to ur current position through gps, it gives you numerous recommendations if you want to travel outside of Florence, and it allows you hassle free access into most of the museums in Florence.

### 5/5 — Perfect for our stay in Florence

*2023-04-07*

The Firenzecard was perfect for our stay in Florence March 18-28. My husband had a conference in Prato (he commuted by train).
It was Spring Break in Colorado, USA so our adopted son (13) and I decided to join him. We planned to stay at Hotel David and visit as many cathedrals, museums and attractions as we could. The Firenzecard allowed our son to enter free when accompanied by a card holding adult. Be sure you list any dependents traveling with you when you sign up for the card. We followed the instructions online and had no problems entering several on the list of participating attractions. Yes, we did purchase Duomo complex separately and made reservations. All three of us toured the first three days. Then, we took a couple days break and did fun activities our teen selected ~like the Selfie Museum and Zipline Adventure Park IL Gigante. We added the free 48 hours extension. We went to fourteen places altogether. Our flight departure was delayed due to union strikes in Munich. We wish there had been an option to add two more days! We also took a half-day trip to Pisa by train. We had a wonderful vacation and loved staying at one location and getting to enjoy local restaurants and parks. We used the mobile Firenzecard with ease and didn’t have to wait in long lines. The app also has very nice brief descriptions about each place that our son liked to read aloud before we headed out. Open and closed days of the week and hours were also included.

### 5/5 — Utilissima

*2023-03-24, version 1.8.5*

### 5/5 — Wonderful card!

*2023-03-15, version 1.8.5*

Terrific card. We loved it and it was very cost effective

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — NON FATELA

*2026-02-15, version 2.1.0*

Vergognatevi. E la fate pagare 85€?
BISOGNA RIFARE LA FILA IN BIGLIETTERIA PER AVERE UNO SCONTRINO CON CUI ENTRARE A 0€ in TUTTI I MUSEI, perdita di tempo e soldi enorme.

### 1/5 — App has a critical bug

*2025-01-05, version 2.1.0*

The app always get stuck when I search museum list.

### 1/5 — Non si può fare la prenotazione

*2024-04-13, version 2.0.0*

### 1/5 — Firenze card disappeared after app update

*2024-03-01, version 2.0.0*

My Firenze card disappeared after the app updated and now it’s saying the voucher number is no longer valid!

### 1/5 — Very difficult to use

*2023-07-23, version 1.8.5*

I appreciate that this card exists but it is so complicated to use and especially to make reservations. The hours of the reservation offices are different than the museums and the phone number is perpetually busy. Why can’t I make a reservation on the app?!?

### 1/5 — Decepcionante. NO COMPRAR

*2023-02-25*

### 1/5 — Confused

*2019-09-10, version 1.8.2*

Can’t figure out what it costs

### 1/5 — Ojo a las 72h

*2018-12-19*

### 1/5 — Overall worth the price but some major kinks

*2018-11-13, version 1.6.2*

The deal with Firenze Card: if you don’t get one and you want to see any significant sites in Florence, you will wait in long lines, period (even in November). Buying the Firenze Card is to a large extent far more convenient- but there are some serious kinks to work out. My poor review is based on two experiences my disabled 80 year old father and I had. First, if you have the app as opposed to the paper card, you enter the name of the museum you are visiting and the app generates a QR code. The problem is
that this does *not* grant you entrance- you must locate an often very distant ticket office, show your QR code, and then get a paper ticket. If you still have the energy, you can then gain entry by scanning your paper ticket through a machine at the museum. The second problem: after going through the above process to visit the Duomo, my Dad and I went back late the next day to visit again when it was not crowded- he wanted to sit in the Cathedral one last time. I showed my QR code at the ticket office and was told that they would NOT give me another paper ticket for entry and that I should have kept the previous day’s paper ticket. (It looks like a grocery receipt-I had naturally thrown it out.) The agents were *extremely* rude and were sitting next to a large stack of paper tickets they could easily have handed us - while my handicapped father waited outside. In general, the people of Florence are incredibly kind and gracious and made our travel easy and comfortable-this was an atypical experience but really very unpleasant. After all that, I do recommend buying the card, because without it you *will* wait in much longer lines. If Firenze Card gets some consulting on efficiency and replaces/trains their employees on appropriate customer service, it will be a good deal and worth the price. But they have work to do.

### 1/5 — Utilisation de la carte

*2018-08-15*

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great savings!

*2025-11-06, version 2.1.0*

We bought the card for three days and extended to a fourth at no extra costs and it opened up so many beautiful sites to us. It also allowed us to avoid the queues on a number of occasions!

### 5/5 — Firenzecard is great

*2024-06-05*

The card is easy to use and was so worth the money. In many cases, it meant I didn’t have to stand in a line for a ticket and it is universally recognized. The app is very well designed and shows all the museums available with lots of information, including open days and hours. The ability to extend for another 48 hours is also a big plus, if you are staying longer than 3 days. I highly recommend this card when you are visiting Florence!

### 5/5 — Such a good idea

*2024-03-02, version 2.0.0*

Using the Firenzecard and app is so useful and informative. All the places of interest are listed with links and useful phone numbers for each. There is a very good review of each museum to give you knowledge before you arrive. This is a very good way of seeing the wonders that Firenze has to offer, and also saves a lot of money on individual entry tickets. Well done Firenze!!!

### 5/5 — Good card for firenza

*2024-02-20*

Good card for firenza give access to a lot of museums

### 5/5 — Comoda

*2024-01-04, version 1.8.5*

### 5/5 — Works great

*2023-10-21, version 1.8.5*

The app works great, and it makes scheduling your Uffizi and Accademia tickets easier.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2023-10-06, version 1.8.5*

We hit 9 museums in two days alone, well with it.

### 5/5 — Great facility

*2023-10-04, version 1.8.5*

Was pleased to discover this as it made the trip much smoother.

### 5/5 — Very handy!

*2023-08-16, version 1.8.5*

Takes some learning curve to fully unlock its potential, but does come in very handy throughout Florence!

### 5/5 — Plan ahead to beat the heat

*2023-08-12, version 1.8.5*

When I walked around this beautiful city of Florence and saw long lines of people many with young children queuing in long lines for up to 4 hours I couldn’t help but ask the question:

Why didn’t you plan ahead and buy a Firenze Card?
