It just freezes and crashes , randomly connects but freezes and doesn’t let you exit the screen. TheMightyCuban is a genius! 1/10/2021 UPDATE**** For iPhone users only, after troubleshooting with the app and fireplace, here’s a quick fix to get you pairing and up and running. Have the app downloaded. Unplug the fireplace from the wall/receptacle. While the fireplace is unplugged, press down the power for 10 seconds. Plug in your fireplace. It may power on then off as a cycle (like mine). Go back to your device & app, TURN ON the fireplace unit, start your search within the app. Should see your fireplace! It kept saying it couldn’t connect. So we followed the instructions from The Mighty Cuban a dozen or so comments from bottom, and it worked! For both our phones! We both have iPhones. You have to unplug the unit, press and hold the power button on unit for 10 seconds. Then plug unit back in, and go back to app and it will connect. Pretty much instantly. Just scroll down and find his instructions. It’s awesome!
