## What is Fireside Field Reporting?

Fireside is the field reporting and construction management app for South Peak. Built for owners, project managers, subcontractors, designers, and developers, it keeps units, tickets, and team communication in one place so issues are tracked and resolved quickly from the field or office.

UNIT MAP

Work from a visual map of the project:

Tap units on the map to see details and related tickets
Unit numbers sorted by building/area (e.g. Downhill, Uphill)
Color-coded status
Quick access to create or view tickets for a unit
TICKETS & FIELD REPORTS

Capture and manage issues from the field:

Create tickets with photo, building element (e.g. Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry), priority, and notes
Assign tickets to contacts by role
View open tickets with filtering and status
Comment threads on each ticket
Photo upload with automatic resizing and storage
CONTACTS

Find and reach the right people:

Project team list with role and trade
Filter by role (Owner, Project Manager, Subcontractor, Designer, Developer) and trade
Search by name
Tap to call from the app

Stay updated without chasing emails:
