I had some hope that a new, integrated experience app would be a good tool. This has proved anything but so far. 

- Does not honor silent mode on iPhone and Watch. Alerts sound regardless of phone and watch settings. This is an absolute deal breaker. 
- Clunky, non-intuitive UI.
- Unable to receive intermediate updates to a call.
- Alert tones seem backwards, with a dramatic alert for a message and some nothingburger for an actual call. 
- Contents of text messages contain a link with faulty preview, formatting characters, and a summary abbreviated to almost uselessness for some call types. 
- Confusing menu system and unintuitive item placement.

If you get an alert it never opens to it. It opens to the previous call and you have to go back to incident list to get to most recent. 
Only 1 or 2 tones actually work. Android users are not getting toned out at all and can’t change settings. 
Maps never work. 
LCD does not log you if you respond by app even though it’s in the LCD manual as preferred response.
CAD note section is not great. 
Everyone wants Rover back. This app acts like a beta version developed in someone’s Moms basement. Not appropriate for people that rely on comms to save lives.

Recently the Apple Maps isn’t working. App is useless without it being able to function as intended.

So the past  few weeks your app is not working properly with opening apple maps and google maps for the directions please fix this. Because you don’t allow copy and paste or screenshots and your coding is no messed up not opening the address automatically

Anyone know how to change the tones to get FireTek to have a different tone than other texts?

Tones go off.  App alerts with its push notification.  Banner says child emergency.  Open app to respond… popup saying you need to update.  

Would be helpful if you pushed an app update notification so we can update between emergencies.  

Otherwise keep up the great work!!
