When I enter the 6 digit activation code it just sits there doing nothing with no buttons to hit to advance or retry or anything so I’m just stuck. 

Also why would I need to input a URL to log in….? Just….log me in….?

Don't bother with this app. It is barely maintained (look at the last time it was updated). It also can’t support proper security, as it doesn’t work with two-factor authentication.

It's a good viewer but needs features like the ability to upload documents and add users. As a data room host it would be great to have the ability to add users right at a meeting and to upload documents from email or other apps.
