Porn addiction is hard to quit alone. You already decided to stop. The hard part is staying strong when the urge shows up late at night, after a bad day, or when nobody is watching. Firmo90 was made for that moment. Most quit porn apps give you a day counter, reminders and a streak. That helps, but a number on a screen doesn't hold you in the hardest minute. A person does. A REAL ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER Firmo90 connects you, anonymously, with another real person who is also trying to quit porn. You follow each other's progress, talk in a private chat and can ask for help when things get hard. When the urge is strong, the SOS button lets your partner know you need support right now. It's not an automated conversation. It's someone who understands the struggle and is on the same road, one day at a time. WHAT'S IN FIRMO90 • Anonymous accountability partner, with private chat and an SOS button for the critical moments. • Anonymous community to share struggles, relapses and good days without exposing yourself. Men and women have separate communities. • Day counter and streak, with milestones to celebrate every step forward. • A quick daily check-in to notice your mood and your triggers. • Oliver, an AI available 24 hours a day to talk, listen and help you understand your triggers. • Practical content about porn addiction and the brain, grounded in neuroscience, with no moralizing and no lectures. WHO IT'S FOR For men and women who want to quit porn or change their relationship with it. Whether you call it porn addiction, compulsive porn use, PMO or a habit that went too far, there is a place for you here. No doctrine. No magic formula. No promise of an instant cure. The idea is simple: bring together science, technology and human support to help you stay strong, one day at a time. YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS You use a nickname, your identity is protected, and you decide what you want to share. You can talk about your journey without exposing yourself. Available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Quitting alone is much harder. Take the first step today. WHAT'S FREE AND WHAT'S PREMIUM Creating an account costs nothing: the day counter, the neuroscience content, the anonymous community, and one accountability partner with a daily check-in. Firmo90 Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or annual. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. This update also includes bug fixes. ### 1.3.2 — 2026-09-26 Free accounts now see ads on iPhone, as they already did on Android. It is what keeps the app standing for people who cannot pay. Premium sees none. At our ad provider we blocked the categories that do not belong next to why you are here: dating, gambling, sexual content and alcohol. The free plan also gained room: one diary page a day, an open clan with five replies a day, and one SOS a day. Also: the fasting stage screen, a paywall that actually explains what the partner does, and your app settings following your account instead of staying on one phone. ### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-25 No release notes. ## Apps similar to Firmo90 | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Quitwell: Quit Bad Habits](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/quitwell-quit-bad-habits/id6808915638) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [بس ٩٠](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/id6759146564) | 1.0 (1) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Reboot: Quit Porn & Recover](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/reboot-quit-porn-and-recover/id6769687856) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Jahid: Quit Porn Sunnah](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/jahid-quit-porn-sunnah/id6752838636) | 5.0 (2) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Quit Lust & Urges: Monke Reset](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/quit-lust-and-urges-monke-reset/id6784268940) | 4.8 (5) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Victtor](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/victtor/id6764125267) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Health & Fitness | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
