HOW IT WORKS
1. Speak, don't scroll. Two questions: the life you truly want, and what keeps getting in the way. Say it in your own words, or tap themes instead if you would rather not speak today.
2. See what we heard. A short, faithful summary of your answers, which you can correct before anything is built.
3. Get your week. Seven days of morning affirmations written for your answers, at a session length that suits you: one to five minutes.

YOUR DAY
- Morning practice. Paced affirmations with motion and haptics. Read them on a card, or switch to mirror mode and say them to yourself.
- Today's woman. One researched story a day. Frida Kahlo, Katherine Johnson, Wangari Maathai, Billie Jean King, Maya Angelou. Real evidence, real sources, no invented quotes.
- A brave move. One small thing to try today, saved to your profile once you have done it.
- Evening release. After 5pm, three personalised lines to let the day go, and one thing you were grateful for. Mornings set you up. Evenings put you down gently.
- Your diary. Photos and moods, private to your account.
