If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased an annual premium account and was charged by Apple for it but the app doesn’t recognize the purchase at all. Tried to get a refund from Apple stating that the app isn’t giving me the benefits I’m supposed to have but Apple has rejected my refund request. I even sent an email to the app developer and haven’t gotten a response yet.

**Developer response:** You’re absolutely right to be frustrated. You paid for Premium, the app failed to recognize your purchase, Apple denied your refund, and then we missed your email. I’m sincerely sorry.  
We’ve fixed the purchase-recognition bug in the latest version. Please update the app and reopen it. Your Premium access should activate automatically. I’ve also responded to you directly so I can personally make this right. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. This is not the experience we want anyone to have.

Previously I had only given a 1 star review for this app based on a glitch with their subscription system. Today I am updating it since the situation has been resolved. The app developer has reached out to me to resolve the issue and with that I will be grateful. I’ve had a chance to try out the app and I think that it’s great.
