Not happy with the new layout of app. Used to be able to search for the type of situation you’re actively dealing with and could remind yourself by reviewing step by step instructions. Now you can’t do that. Searching brings you to learning, which is broken into segments, even if you’re on the “provide assistance” side. And going through the assessment of someone who’s alert and oriented brings you no where. I know I’m dealing with… a burn, heat stroke, laceration… show me the written information of what I’m searching for and I can refresh myself with the learning section later.

The old app was very useful as a reference for providing first aid. The new app is not helpful whatsoever. Please at the very least restore the content the old app had.

Pourquoi avoir arrêter l’application d’origine?! Celle là n’est pas claire, absolument pas intuitive, on ne trouve rien, et en plus il manque énormément de choses comparé à la première!
Il faut aller dans des catégories, puis des sous catégories … pour ne pas trouver d’information claire!

As said by others, information is difficult to find and the quizzes are useless. The old platform was much better. I’ll be removing this.

J’ai vraiment préférée la version initiale, celle qui y était avant puisque vraiment tout était détaillé, c’était vraiment beaucoup mieux. C’était hyper clair. Hyper simple, j’aurais aimé qu’elle ne change jamais. Donc si vous pouvez revenir à la version précédente ça serait superbe !

Sur un autre appareil j’ai encore la première version qui était beaucoup beaucoup mieux, mais qui n’existe plus et que je ne risque pas de supprimer ! Tout ce qui est bien, ça disparaît ! C’est dégoûtant ‘ ! Je vais essayer de. Trouver une application moins intrusive !

Very clear and detailed information on the action to take in an extremely wide range of situations. 
The only downside is that the text could do with being spell-checked.

This app is awful. The old one was way better. If I search stings or choking or anything it brings up training and stuff. Anything emergency should be right up where you can see it. Not here take this quiz. If you want an app to train before an emergency that’s fine but don’t count on it in an emergency because it’s too awkward to navigate.

I read the reviews and downloaded it anyway, then deleted it.  I already know first aid.  I wanted a reference source.  This is not that.  It would be best suited as a tool while taking a course.

Раньше было нормальное приложение с четкими простыми инструкциями о том, что нужно делать в различных ситуациях. Теперь есть обучение, но простого алгоритма действий нет. В экстренной ситуации, к сожалению, оно ничем не поможет

The app does not bundle the textual info with it and takes minutes to get to the stage of moving from location selection. Even then, I was hit with “Our servers are under maintenance” upon proceeding, which is a horrible thing to see if it were to happen on a trip where I actually needed that. Thankfully, I am just preparing for the trip now, but that was kinda grotesque.

I am a first responder and unfortunately this app is useless in an emergency situation, unlike the previous app. App should have a “need help now” section where you simply enter the symptom and quickly get treatment advice.

Selon moi c’est vraiment une bonne application tu peut avoir de nombreuses formations de premier soins et un guide en cas de besoin urgent avec des recommandations quoi faire.

I value the educational/training aspect used to impart first aid knowledge and a very wide category of possible first aid situations. Learning sessions are small and progressive. 

It helps walk you through an active first aid situation as it takes place in clear and brief points in a stepwise approach enabling you to call 911 within the steps. 

Furthermore, many examples and training is discussed about prevention and staying safe.

The lessons “Lesson 5: Recovery” in both “Chest Pain” and “Fractures, Sprains and Strains” units don’t work as all it showed up was a dark blue screen and doesn’t have any contents in it which also prevent you from completing the course. Please fix this problem, thank you.

This app is great for information. It includes all first aid for confirms that are relevant and everyone experiences. I have a child that went though several medical conditions in attending day care, really helpful and more relevant than other apps for day to day.
