SO I REBUILT ALL MY CAMERAS, AND PUT DEFAULT FIRMWARE ON ALL CAMS. THE CAMS WILL WORK ON P.O.E. MANGED SWITCH. BUT APP WILL NOT WORK, ALSO THIRD PARTY HAS DISABLED WIFI PROTOCOL ON ALL CAMS!!  DOES NOT MATTER WHAT O.S. YOU ARE RUNNING. ALSO AFTER REBULID OF CAMS, CAMS ARE THROWING THERE OWN HOST IP!!! TRY TO CREATE A STATIC ROUTE TO CAMS,  NO LUCK!! 
      I ALSO OWN A IN WALL SAFE FROM FIRST ALERT! WHEN I REQUESTED A MASTER KEY AND SUB MASTER FROM FIRST ALERT, THEY SAID THEY DID NOT OFFER REPLACEMENT MASTER AND SUB MASTER KEYS ANY MORE!!!
      THEN I CALLED A LOCK SMITH TO CHANGE LOCKS, LOCK SMITH SAID THIRD PARTY COMPANY STILL SUPPORTED WIFI CAMS, POE CAMS, IP CAMS, MASTER KEYS, SUB KEYS.  
       BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
     SO F.Y.I.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ANY MORE!!!!!
        ALSO THERE NEW CLASS .D. SAFES WILL NOT HANDLE 1500 F.H. FOR MORE THE 20 MIN!!!!

I believe first alert company may be an unethical company. They sold me 3 WiFi cameras that I loved. They were great to watch my dog while I was at work and also great to check my home when I was away. 
The cameras stopped working a short time ago. I spent time checking my system and realized it was not my problem. I called First alert today. I do have to say I got through to a person, very polite person, in just a few minutes. They told me that they no longer support the app that runs the cameras. I asked the person if the $150 cameras, which I purchased 3, are now useless, the reply was Yes, they are no longer supporting the app and are no longer in the security business.
Thanks a lot for the great cameras I learned to love and used a lot. But I believe you should at least continue to support this app or at least set up a relationship with another company to continue supporting the app. The way your business dropped this support is unethical in my mind and I will not support your business by purchasing any First Alert products again.
This is the first bad review I have ever given and I hope I will never feel compelled to write another.

Why isn’t this app being updated after IOS 13. My camera now fails to stay connected. I will not buy another product from this company.

It’s not a good business practice to let customers down by failing to upgrade your app so we can use the product we PAID for! We will avoid your company’s products at all cost from this point forward!

This app needs a overhaul, when I first uploaded the app it was good, I could connect to the cameras anywhere I was, now I have to be close to the cameras or on WiFi which was never the case before.

This app does not function as it advertises and it's impossible to use the camera remotely without it.  Spelling errors throughout the app, refuses to allow a new account set up or recovery of existing password, waste of money.  Can't find another app that works with this camera either.  It would be a decent product if they fixed the app but I feel its fraudulent they're selling something that clearly doesn't work.

I am disabled and installed this camera in my crawlspace to watch for leaks above my ceiling. I cannot crawl through the access panel to check for leaks every time it rains. I had a bad roofing job. This camera goes off-line all the time and currently it has been off-line all morning. I tried to sign in successfully to my account and then it said password incorrect. I tried to reset password and they said they sent me an email which I never got. Very frustrating, no apps support.

This seems to be a great camera full of some good specs and features, however the app crashes constantly and it will not allow you to connect to a wireless network, I hope they update this soon or I will be forced to return the camera, if they can fix it then it will be a 4 star product.

App crashes & cameras disconnect frequently. Update needs to be provided! Also, can not get sound to work anymore. Please fix ASAP!
