First American Bank has been a trusted bank for years!

This update is worse than the original “older” version of the app. The app no longer displays credits/debits in highlighted colors, all transactions are black. When the app isn’t crashing it sometimes displays the live current balance after a transaction is made. It’s slower than the older version as well. Please revert the app back to how it was until you guys actually have the “next gen” update completely bug free. Don’t inconvenience your customers with the trial and error process.

Great app but would be nice to have transactions post quicker than a couple of days. Also would be nice to have the brella debit card app combined with the banking app so I don’t have to switch between the two.

I love that you still carry one on one customer service. Not these automated machines every other bank is coming out with just to try and save a dollar. 

Only one thing if we can get a machine ( any where) so we can deposit money after hrs
I get paid cash a lot but after hrs. Don’t like carrying that money

Bank is great for what it is, app as well, however the overdraft fees is ridiculous. If you go over 1 cent they charge you $30. If something gets automatically charged even when you are in the negative instead of stopping the transaction it goes through and then charges you again for another overdraft. This happened before and I was charged $99
