We especially appreciate Abilene who has worked with us several times. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. One characteristic about her if she calls us by our names as soon as we walk into the bank or go through the drive through. My phone is the iOS update 16 something and it says there’s no other updates. I can’t update the phone bc there’s no available updates for apple OS and thus can’t use my bank app ! I had a problem with one of my credit cards, pulling the funds early; that being said, my checking account was overdrawn. I tried to correct the problem with the credit card company, but they said that they would continue to try to pull the money each day for three days. They told me to contact the bank; I did and they helped resolve the fees that were created because of the insufficient funds.
