Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact First National Bank customer service directly from the app.

SAFE AND SECURE

The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you're on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

GETTING STARTED

To use the FNB FirstMobile App, you must be enrolled as a First National Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

The app collects far more info than I would like, but it is a bank, after all.  But the bad aspect is that there is no app-specific privacy policy, and no app-specific user support to talk about it.  All links in the app store that should provide you with this info and support  just send you to the bank’s website, where I could not find app-specific info.  I thought you had to do better than this to be an Apple app.

Now I don't know how much I have in my account because it's doing the same thing. This needs to be fixed.
