But the bad aspect is that there is no app-specific privacy policy, and no app-specific user support to talk about it. All links in the app store that should provide you with this info and support just send you to the bank’s website, where I could not find app-specific info. Trying to search for transactions. They are same amount every month but lord forbid that this phone app finds anything that in needing NOW…. Foul mouthed that mistreats her son that’s on the Autism spectrum. Always yelling loud at him. It’s very sad. It randomly takes payments away showing a higher balance then the charges show back up. It doesn’t update until the next day or later. I used to never have problems with this bank. Sadly when they did a change in their accounts earlier this year, their customer service dropped significantly. Don’t even bother trying to talk with their bank president. Because of incorrect reporting with another bank, that damaged my credit which they won’t fix, I tried to explain and show that through First National Bank’s own statements that I had been paying them. Needless to say their “president” cussed me and ordered me to leave their bank. So I closed my accounts and won’t look back at their piss poor customer service. In my 40 years of banking I’ve never been treated as if I were like royalty. Judy invited my husband and I into her office to begin the process of opening our new account. Many benefits here and the one that really surprised me was this : Using an ATM machine that’s not affiliated with FNB you will be reimbursed for both the non affiliated bank and FNB. Simply take your ATM receipt into a FNB branch and they will reimburse you for ALL surcharges. That’s amazing!! I’ve never heard of any bank doing that before!! If you’re looking for a new bank or tired of your current. Head on over to FNB. They will not disappoint!
