It says to put my Login ID, but I don’t have one yet cuz why? Cuz I’m a “New User” ### 1/5 — Never right *2020-11-11* Everytime I check my account on the app the balance is wrong. I check it one minute and the next minute it’s different by a significant amount. First bank Kansas overall has to be one of the worse banks. ### 3/5 — Freezes *2018-06-16* First Bank Kansas has worked hard to update their online banking app since they took over Bank of America’s customers here in my area. This update is a step in the right direction- however my app crashes/freezes at least three times a week. I am forced to turn my phone off and back on to log back onto the app to transact my business. Frustrating. ### 5/5 — Great *2018-02-02* This has been a very helpful app. It lets you look at your statement and send messages so you don’t have to hope on the phone or get into your car and go to the bank to have your questions answered.
