Everything is now very slow. ### 2/5 — First Bank *2015-10-02, version 3.14* Why have a mobile app if you can't make mobile deposits? Get with the times First Bank, you are way behind. Not sure you are worth the trouble anyway. Someone hacked my bank card and it took you 10 business days to send me a new one! Are you punishing me for the hack? Most other banks send bank cards next day. ### 2/5 — Not very useful *2015-06-29, version 3.6.2* Despite what the online banking site says, there is NO way to do mobile deposits through this app. It is just like my whole experience with FirstBank since being forced from BOA - clunky, less than useful and less than helpful. The bank itself is behind the technology and features curve, and that really shows in this app. It's 2015 FirstBank. Ain't nobody got time for this. ### 2/5 — Ahh... *2014-08-15, version 3.6.2* So I can see my balance & a few of my last transactions. I want to be able to see as many as I want. The balance includes the bounce protection, I like to see how much money I have without that added. I dot remember how much protection I have off the top if my head. No updates, no improvements, no taking feedback from customers. There’s no way to see history and half the time it doesn’t let you log in. I’m moving to a new bank just because they refuse to update their mobile and web banking. ### 1/5 — What a waste!!! *2022-11-02, version 4.64.222* The app was working fine until about a week ago when it apparently updated. Now I can’t get on. Every time I try to log on it says invalid and then it will eventually say user blocked. Talked to the bank and they reset everything and as soon as I get it set up to log on it says user blocked. There is a reason a person has mobile banking. All I can say is WTH. This app flat out stinks. Nothing about it is user friendly. I fact it almost totally unusable. Oh the main website in their ad says mobile deposit. I see nothing in this app for doing that. The Bank of America app ran circus around this stuff. Side note I and several people I have talked to so far agree even the full online banking website is a joke. It just a cluttered mess and just plain hard on the eyes. Also account transition was not handled smoothly at all they lost all my bill pay info again others I've talked to are now scrambling to renter all their bill stuff that we we promised would be moved for us. I am saddened that we were forced to a bank that has such poor website and app. Since they forced us from Bank of America maybe they should go look at their website and Mobil app to see how it should be done. I don't use checks everything I do electronic since it easier for me with my disability we was easier. If they fix this app and their website. I'll make a whole new review. If not I may be forced to just move some where else. ### 2/5 — Not good *2024-02-05* The app is similar to the bank’s online banking system in that it’s just not very good. I like using it better than the internet banking web site. ### 4/5 — Pay attention *2016-08-06, version 3.27.0+1607220954.i* Overall the functionality of this app is great. My concern is the My Accounts page. It displays your beginning of the day balance with bounce protection. So if you don't actually click on the account, you won't get an up to date balance showing any transactions that processed that day and could be tricked into overdrafting. ### 3/5 — Quick login *2024-09-05* I can no longer use Face ID to quickly sign on no matter what i do ### 3/5 — Room for improvement *2019-01-05, version 4.26.38* I mostly use this app to check my account balance. While it’s easy to navigate I don’t like that I can’t see or select how far back to view account transactions. Yes, there’s an option to view the statement the bank creates but there’s a gap of about 1-2 weeks between that and viewing your account. I would like to see an option where you can select how many weeks back to view your account transactions. ### 3/5 — It works... *2015-04-25, version 3.6.2* For my fellow BOA refugees don't blame First Bank. Out being pushed out was Bank of America. They hand picked the accounts. My low balance buffer accounts where transferred while my larger accounts where not. I'm on the fence about First Bank but I know I'm closing the remaining Bank of America accounts. ### 3/5 — needs improvement *2015-04-24, version 3.6.2* After being with BOA, I can see how spoiled we were with pretty apps and online banking looks. I 'chose' to make the move, I was not forced as has been suggested by a previous reviewer. Obviously a new bank will give a different look, as long as it works, thats all that matters to me. The mobil app needs work, I don't see any place to make a check deposit as of yet. Once that gets fixed then we're good to go. I'd have given 4 stars if the deposit problem was not there. It gets the job done. And as for the other reviewer who was disappointed, that person obviously did not read the packet we were all given. It stated that MOST bill payees would move. What I found was the ones who required a check to be sent by the bank did transfer over correctly. The others needed to be re-entered and checked to see if they could use an electronic payment or needed a check, they were electronically paid before in BOA. ### 3/5 — Finally *2014-08-29, version 3.6.2* Does it need more? Yes! But I like being able to see a balance. I at least can see that. I'm so happy we have an app now. Hope I can come back to update my rating. ### 2/5 — Why is there no history *2020-04-11, version 4.41.14* Unfortunately this is the most poorly designed bank app I’ve used. Most people use banking apps to check their account balances but also to see their transaction history. So they don’t have to use a hand written register.
