Doesn’t work at all; doesn’t load recent transactions, won’t save changes to account info or password, account recovery function doesn’t work and instead gives you error message “Oops something went wrong on our end. Please try again.”

One year ago when you deposit a check it takes up to 4 hours now it take up to 12 hours . The only problem with this bank

It is unclear as to the reason for changing the methods for using the app. It certainly did not make it easier to conduct business with the bank and even made it impossible for me to use the app on my phone. Whoever convinced the bank’s leadership that the changes would be positive must have been a very good salesman of a very bad product.

I have experienced great customer service at the Talladega, Munford, and Oxford branches; however, the customer service at the Oxford branch and Mrs. Connie Freeman is AMAZING!!!
