It demands an email to send a receipt to instead of auto filling my email. I filled it out correctly about five times before it finally accepted my email address. It appears that the issue was that the first letter was capitalized and they wanted all lowercase. That is just way too precious. I’ll have to answer my security questions and then at the point I think Im finally gonna get to look at my accounts, error message. It’s getting ridiculous. Fix it please! And update your atm locations. You can check your bank balance, transfer money to your account within a few seconds and deposit money into your account without a visit to the bank or an ATM. It’s almost 2020. Why do I have to drive 20 minutes to the bank in order to make a deposit for $3500?!?! I am thinking about changing bank strictly because I hate their app so much!! Typing in the password is ridiculous and I get it wrong and have to change my password every time. When on it it’s not user friendly. Very outdated. I can not say anything good about this app and the only reason I have them as a bank it their people and I don’t have many options where I live now. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-05-30, version 5.0.0.2531* Can't even log into the app. I'm using correct credentials and it simply tells me they're wrong. I have to ask people to pay in multiple checks to deposit on multiple days to stay under daily limit and deposit on different days. Online bank payments have to be made over consecutive days to stay under daily limit. The software won’t let the bank update a daily limit for certain customers. ### 1/5 — A Bank barely! *2021-10-08, version 5.0.0.2531* Zero for performance, numerous times you cannot even get online for weeks on end. I’ve been banking here (Mira Loma) for over a dozen years, why I don’t know. They nickel and dime you with little fees and they offer absolutely nothing (no interest rates) for using our money to make money for themselves. They don’t put any of it back into the maintenance of the bank. For the longest time the vacuum system didn’t work on the drive through the ATM machine out front they just removed, there’s only the one in the back in the traffic lane, the clock isn’t working inside, most of the time the clock and temperature out on the corner is not working and for a while the drawer wouldn’t even operate in the drive thru. The staff is very nice but it’s a bare minimum, not what it used to be, most times the manager is not there. As someone who works 12 hours a day, by the time I get off, the bank is always closed so I’m stuck with checks that I have no way of depositing. However, the app says you can take a picture and it will deposit it into your bank account. Well that sure would be nice if the app actually worked. I’ve been with First Bank for over 21 years and I’m considering switching to a different bank because of the fact that they still cannot get their crap together and get their app to work. First Bank, it is 2018. Almost everything is done on a smart phone now. Please, for the sake of all of your clients, hire some IT guru that knows what they’re doing and can fix your app. I have looked on your website for an email address to send a complaint to and had no such luck. So unfortunately you get my feedback through a review instead. Please make your website and your app more accessible to all users otherwise I’ll have to find a bank that does because this is ridiculous and I’m over it. To all those considering downloading this app, do yourself a favor and don’t. It takes up unnecessary space on my phone and every time I see it, I get ticked off because it won’t work. I do not want to write my account number and for mobile deposit every single time. And the limit on depositing? Ridiculous. But once online in your account, you can only see balances. If you now want to pay a bill or create a transfer you are forced to enter your userid and password!!! Why?? Didn’t I securely enter my account with userid and password just to elect to use a fingerprint access? I have a number of other accounts that give full access with no second entry.
