If you forget to close out of the app for extended periods, naturally it forces a timeout; however, the system itself doesn’t like when this happens as it will not recognize your user id or password until after you redownload the app. Another issue with the bank (unrelated to the app just thought I’d forewarn you guys) imagine depositing CASH into your account via ATM and not having access to those funds for several days at a time. There’s no excuse with today’s technology to fall behind on updates. This has been unreliable for since I downloaded it over 5 years ago. As much as I travel, I need easy access and this app doesn’t meet any of my needs.
