I used to be with a Nationwide bank, so understandably theirs would be better, but this is pretty much so time consuming it’s un-usable. I would also like to have the face recognition option for signing in with maybe a 4 digit code for double verification. The only other thing is having the ability to mark a transaction as potentially fraudulent in real time on the app. To at least stop the transaction before fully processing and then allowing me time to get to the branch and fill out paperwork. Otherwise I really love my bank!
