First Beat is a focused practice tool for comedy improvisers and teams. It helps you rehearse full improv shows—start to finish—using real formats, real timing, and clear segment structure.

Each session begins with an AI-generated suggestion to spark your show. You then choose a format (such as Montage, Harold, or other long-form structures) and set your total practice duration. First Beat breaks the show into its core segments, summarizes the format, and guides you through the entire run in real time.

When you press play, First Beat:
