Might as well go back to writing checks at this rate because at least if I mailed them I could actually see them clear our account unlike the way it really is. I know my user id/password are correct because I used my computer to verify, but as far as the app goes it just doesn't recognize my info. I call the bank and they don’t know what an app is because they keep telling me “are you typing in .bank” to which I say no it’s an app no web address is needed. My needs are few, just reliable access to funds and bill paying, which it does. Updates are usually seamless, regular but not excessive. Archival transaction function could be improved.
