The app does not work more than it does. When it was first launched, there was never an issue. The past few years it has been complete garbage. It’s infuriating to try to check your balances and the app not work. I call the main branch once a week to get it unlocked or change my password. It’s frustrating to the point that I’m changing my main accounts to another bank.

You offer a mobile app but yet  you can't seem to register. It ask a question that only you can answer then the reply is "incorrect answer" how can this app know the correct answer when no one has the answer but you. After trying three times don't waste your time. It just leads to frustration.

I like the convince of being able to check my balances quickly and easily.
When the app works it is ok except that you can’t see pending transactions
But there are many times I can’t get into it because it’s down
Today is one of those times
It’s so frustrating!!!
