Have tried multiple times to join the app or "reset" my password. Each time it says it will send a code to my email address but the code never comes. Checked all of my folders.

what's the point of an app on if it just redirects you to information(phone number) you can find idk g google or any other search engine? booking appointments was removed so I don't understand why this app exists

The only thing this app is good for is finding a First Choice location and phone number, but then, the phone is never answered and the recording directs you to the app to book an appointment. 
Step 2 - booking the appointment. Forget it! The booking portion only shows the current day and it us always fully booked. There is no opportunity to book a future date. Three days I tried, three strikes and out.  I’ll look for a barber who will answer a phone.

The app is NOT a good idea. Long time customers are constantly being bumped for people who book on the app. 
I have been going to First Choice since the beginning. I will be changing. The last THREE times I have waited over 40 minutes while others walk in and get taken first. Terrible. I think you will loose more than you gain.

Booked an appointment in advance and I show up for my time and they took people before I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time I originally booked for…… so doesn’t matter if you book a time you will still have to wait like you’re a walk in customer.

This app only allows bookings for “today”. You cannot book for the next day or week or anything, but today. Why bother. Just show up.

When I try to book an appointment my only option is to call a local salon. I am better off using Google search. 

The older web based site used to allow me to book online. Then they took that ability away from the website. I had been hoping they would provide online booking again via the app but no such luck (at last for those of us in my area in Canada).

Previously had given a 1 star rating by mistake should have been 5 star because I had a great haircut, good price and an excellent experience at the salon.

The young lady that cut my sons hair did a great job, even though he hates me for it. Lol. I will be back when I need to make him mad at me again.

I can’t get the app to allow booking an appointment a couple of days ahead. It won’t change from todays date. Is that the way it is supposed to work?
