It wasn’t doing that before and I click on use Face ID and it doesn’t change it every time. ### 3/5 — Feedback *2024-10-12* Have always enjoyed the app, but recently purchased a new iPhone with iOS 18, the Face ID no longer works and it is very disappointing. Not having Face ID, makes accessing the app more tedious. I have to really search for check history. I have to click to see all the accounts. I can search easily. The only problem I’ve encountered is that I have difficulty communicating back/forth with a chat (live or not). I can only do it sometimes but not always. Now my account is dangerously low and I have to wait 4 days before my deposit will clear. This is not how a reputable bank should operate. My account with FCFCU spans several decades but it may be time to move to another institution. Bill pay is a huge hassle as well as Switching between accounts. My business and personal accounts are no longer easily linked. Viewing transaction and statements are aggravating! Moving money from my business to personal accounts now takes 24 hours.
