This updated version has a more complex Home Screen or hub that makes it difficult to sift through your accounts and find whatever tab or resource you may need. On top of that, trying to pay off a credit card now is a nightmare. You have to maneuver to what feels like another website that has a completely different format from the banking Home Screen making it more difficult and harder to maneuver through the pages. Before, you could also make a payment from any FC account directly to your credit card without having to input thr account information for each account, but now the credit card side of the app requires it. This is arguably one of the worst “updates” I’ve seen on a banking app and has made the entire process to manage my money more difficult and I have already started moving to another bank. ### 1/5 — Where is my Visa account? *2026-01-24, version 3.27.1* Where is my Visa account?
