Every time I have to upload a check it takes 15 minutes. Because the camera just doesn’t want to read the endorsement. I’ve been using FCB app for some time now and never had issues until fairly recently. I’m constantly getting an error message when trying to sign in. Just that an error occurred and that I need to call a number if it doesn’t resolve. I know that everything I enter is correct. It works on the website. It’s getting frustrating when on the go and I can’t access my account except via browser. Then why have the app. What is causing this sign in error? I’ve also tried deinstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting network settings, and went as far as resetting my router. Please, I’m begging to get this fixed because it’s causing stress. Other than that, I’m quite happy with FCB.
