Getting into the main page either my accounts is an extra step. Then if I need to transfer money from one account to the next, I have to go find the spot where I can transfer the money to. Then when I need to pay on my credit card, I have to go back into the menu and look for that. The old format, everything was easy to find. It was all on the accounts page. Terrible update. I had trouble adding my external checking account via Plaid even though it said it was connected so had to do the micro deposits. After the trouble and delays, I got an error when trying to make my first mortgage payment stating I exceeded transaction limits. Surely, calling FCCU would resolve this. No, called twice and they could not figure it out and instead told me to use an entirely different portal called eStatusConnect to pay, but this requires I manually enter the bank details again each payment.
