I used to have success by deleting the app and reinstalling it. That doesn’t even work anymore. I use an iPhone 6s but that shouldn’t have anything to do with it. The mobile app just appears to be second rate. I find it not as user friendly as the other bank I use. The process of depositing checks via mobile banking is also more difficult than my other banks.
