I get having to do update. Actually, if you could increase the daily and weekly limits as well, that would really make this feature even better. I am a small business owner and have met the deposit limits a few times. At the moment I’m not able to open the app because it says it’s unavailable and had been so since the update 2 days ago. I didn’t feel like going through the support so I’m leave it on the reviews page incase anyone else is having the same problem. It’s SO easy to make transfers and pay bills! He’s messed up simple things with no clarity or accountability to his own mistakes. He does a poor job. I’ve dealt with him for 5 months with no improvement. ### 1/5 — Making payments *2026-01-23, version 2025.10.1.1* You can not make payments online without have a checking account with FCCU. Why does a deposit made after hours not show up in the account until the next operating day? ### 1/5 — Poor banking *2024-07-25, version 2024.1.0.3* I have been using this bank for four years now. Their policy’s are terrible compared too other banks. They hold your check for 7 days no matter if the other bank clears it or not. They lock down the debit cards so you can only use 200 on a single transaction. Then you have to call and have it temporary raised for a few days then it drops down again. Tells me to rotate phone and still won’t do anything. Random bugs throughout time but could at least get it to work randomly until now. ### 1/5 — Everything is Great but.. *2022-06-21* It is constantly unavailable due to maintenance/ server issues. Making it unreliable. It is a hassle to not know whether or not your bank balance is proper, whether or not you could make a transfer, or pay a bill. There is no notice to when these maintenances go on. They accounts won’t load at all until another tab is clicked on, and then gone back to the accounts. They have increased their services and have grown beyond my imagination with 28 branches....and something for every age group. They have traditionally had the best savings rates and lowest loan rates so it always good to check them out before making a decision of where to save, and where to borrow. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2021-02-08, version 6.5.5.35* The FCCU app is easy to use.
