My transactions have not updated for a few days when I made purchases yesterday. I also can’t use the Zelle feature to transfer money. Clearly something wrong with the app.

Every action initiates a phone call, it’s ridiculous. MFA is good but sometimes I’ve had 2 calls from them simultaneously while trying to do a simple banking action. UX is completely counter intuitive both in app and website.

The UI feels super old, and its annoying that I have to “Register my device” literally every time I open the app. I’ve had to have “registered” my phone over 20 times in the past month already.

The new app that was launched May 2020 has made it very easy for me to monitor my account, transfer money and pay bills! I love the option to add alerts. It’s also very convenient to be able to transfer money to my other bank accounts at other financial institutions! I’m really impressed by the options to pay people, bills and manage my payments to other subscriptions using ePay. New features also includes access to my credit report. Looking forward to more added features to the app!

Frequently I have to use my computer to access my account.  This would be convenient on the iphone if it didn’t keep loading forever....and ever...

I like the app, much improved from the previous app. I make lots of transfers between accounts so I like that I can access all accounts that I am on with one login. It’s nice that you can also hide the accounts you may not want to see. I really like that I can separate my accounts into little cells it makes things really easy for me.

I’ve been using this app for many years. The most recent updates that improved remote depositing of checks, added Touch ID and Face ID login options, and included an Apple Watch version of the app have made the user experience far better. Overall a functional and useful app in my experience.
